SUSTAINABILITY

ORGANIC AND RECYCLED ACETATE

The most used raw material in our commitment to sustainable production is high-quality organic, recycled and biodegradable acetate.

Our bio-based acetate has an organic base content of more than 70%, coming mostly from first-class cotton fibers. In addition, we have also incorporated recycled acetate to push our designs towards circularity and offer even more innovative and sustainable glasses.

We also avoid the use of chemical additives and plasticizers so that the material is: 100% natural and recyclable. In this way we managed to significantly reduce the use of fossil materials and CO2 emissions during the manufacturing process.

RECYCLED STAINLESS STEEL AND ECO-FRIENDLY COATING

For glasses that include stainless steel we use recycled metal.

Moreover, we have incorporated a technological and sustainable innovation in the plating process: eco plating.

This new technique allows us to leave behind traditional liquid coating by opting for a plating where materials are placed in a vacuum environment throughout the process. This allows us to considerably improve materials optimization since only the necessary product is used.

Moreover we achieve a minimum consumption of water and energy, while not generating any type of extra chemical waste thus avoiding water pollution.

ECOLOGICAL PAINTS

Our dyes only dye our designs.

Synthetic dyes pollute ecosystems, especially water resources; so, these materials also deserve our special attention.

That is why we only use ecological dyes, free of lead and all kinds of chemical elements that, together with the eco plating technique, allow us to continue respecting the environment during the whole production process.

ECO DESIGN

All our glasses are eco designed.

We exclusively use eco-friendly and high-gamma materials to ensure great durability and minimize environmental impact.

We focus on innovations that make our glasses more durable than ever: with high-quality materials and treated with great care, from acquisition to handcrafted finishing.

All this because we believe that the solution to a more sustainable fashion does not lie simply in the use of different ecological and low-impact materials, but also comes with durability.

And this is achieved through timelessness combined with quality.
