Shipping and delivery
Return and exchange

It’s completely free. NO IDOLS seek to offer the greatest comfort and ease to your online shopping experience, so ALL shipments are completely FREE, whatever the amount of the purchase. 

We offer express shipping on all orders and completely free. It means that you will receive the order within 48h*. *Working days.

By offering express shipping service, you will receive your order within 48 hours. Please note that orders placed after 11am count towards the next day, as we ship at 12am each day. 

On the other hand, on weekends we don’t have a courier service, so 48 hours are included within working days. 

When you have placed the order, we will automatically send you a confirmation email to proof that the transaction was completed successfully.

Once the order has been shipped, the courier company (DHL) will send you an email and SMS to provide you the tracking number. In this way, you will be able to know where your order is and the expected delivery date.

If your tracking doesn't work, don't worry! Keep in mind that the shipping company takes a few hours to introduce your tracking into the system; try to do it later.

To make changes or returns, the product must be sent back to the NO IDOLS warehouse. The deadline for any exchange or return is 14 days. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the cover and suede. The cost of the return will be assumed by the customer.

  • The product must be returned in perfect conditions.
  • The only use that the product may have had, can be only, the verification of it.
  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: keeping the cover, suede and/or more elements that it may contain.

The deadline to proceed with the return or exchange is 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order.

Once the return has been approved and we have received the product in our wareohuse in perfect condition, we will refund the money in the same payment method you used to make the purchase in a period of 7 to 14 working days.
