AFTER-SALES PROTOCOL - NO IDOLS

To properly manage any warranty or replacement request, it is essential that the customer provides all the information detailed below. We can only process complete cases.

Information required to process a warranty:

  1. Product photo:
    • Image of the glasses clearly showing the model.
    • Close-up of the defect or breakage that motivates the request.
  2. Purchase date:
    • Date when the optician purchased the product from NO IDOLS.
  3. Requested replacement:
    • Clearly indicate the part needed: temple, front, lens, etc.
    • Specify the side (left/right).

Remarks:

  • If the model is out of collection, availability of replacements will be informed.
  • Incomplete requests or those without clear images will not be processed.
