Information required to process a warranty:
- Product photo:
- Image of the glasses clearly showing the model.
- Close-up of the defect or breakage that motivates the request.
- Purchase date:
- Date when the optician purchased the product from NO IDOLS.
- Requested replacement:
- Clearly indicate the part needed: temple, front, lens, etc.
- Specify the side (left/right).
Remarks:
- If the model is out of collection, availability of replacements will be informed.
- Incomplete requests or those without clear images will not be processed.
